Talking T1 – Learning about type 1 diabetes is part of JDRF’s schools programme. The pack has been developed to help teachers and pupils understand more about the care of and needs of children with type 1 diabetes.
The toolkit is totally free and contains information and support for the whole school community, from teaching staff to other parents. It also contains class activity plans.
Talking T1 – Learning about type 1 diabetes complements DCSF and DH guidance on Managing Medicine in Schools and Early Years Settings.
How to get hold of a pack?
